 "பணியில் முன்னேற்றமும் வளர்ச்சியும்: மீளாய்வின் சக்தி"

வினா: திருப்பணியாளர்களாக எப்பேர்ப்பட்ட மீளாய்வுகளை எமது திருப்பணியில் எம்மால் கடைப்பிடிக்க முடியும்?

விடை: அன்பான திருப்பணியாளர்களே, எமது திருப்பணி வாழ்வில் மீளாய்வு மிக அவசியமாகின்றது. இம்மீளாய்வினூடாக பணியில் தொடர்ந்தும் நிலைத்திருக்க எம்மால் முடியும். குறிப்பாக, பணியாளர்களாக நாம் ஒரு பணியை தெரிந்தெடுத்து அதிலே ஓடிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறோம். எமது ஓட்டங்களின் மத்தியில் ஒரே வேகத்தில் நாம் ஓடக்கூடாது. மாறாக, ஒரு வாகனத்தைச் செலுத்துபவர் ஒரே வேகத்தில் வாகனத்தைச் செலுத்தமாட்டார். மாறாக வேக கட்டுப்பாடு, வேக குறைப்பு, வேக அதிகரிப்பு போன்றவற்றை எவ்வாறு கையாளுகிறாரோ அதுபோல எமது திருப்பணிகளில் வேகமாகச் செல்ல வேண்டிய சூழல், பணியில் ஓய்வுநிலையை கடைப்பிடிக்க வேண்டிய சூழல், பணிக்கட்டுப்பாட்டோடு இருக்க வேண்டிய சூழல் போன்றவற்றிற்கு மீளாய்வு மிக அவசியமாகின்றது. 

மேலும், எமது திருப்பணியில் நாம் நூற்றுக்கு நூறு விதம் பணி மையத்தில் நிலைத்திருந்து எமது தனிப்பட்ட வளர்ச்சியை நாம் கைவிடுதல் தவறானதாகும். ஏனெனில், பணியின் நிறைவில் எமக்குக் கிடைக்கப்போகின்ற பணி சம்பந்தமான நிறைவுகள் திருப்தியற்ற சூழலிலே எம்மிடையே உருவாகும். இதனால் நாம் அதிகளவு விரக்திக்குள்ளாக போகின்றோம். எனவே எமது பணி மாதிரியை நாம் மீளாய்வு செய்யும்போது வெறுமனே நூற்றுக்கு நூறுவீதம் மக்கள் சார்ந்த பணியை ஆற்றுவதைத் தவிர்த்து அதில் அரைவீதமாவது எமது தனிப்பட்ட வளர்ச்சி பற்றிய நிலைப்பாட்டை நாம் எடுத்துக்கொள்ள வேண்டும். இங்கு தனிப்பட்ட வளர்ச்சி என்பது பணிமையம் சார்ந்த கற்கைநெறி போன்றவற்றை உள்ளடக்கி உள்ளது. இவ்வாறு எமது பணியில் சமநிலையைப் பேணுவோமேயென்றால் தனிப்பட்ட பணிவளர்ச்சியும் சமூக வளர்ச்சியும் சமநிலையை அடையும். அப்பொழுது விரக்திகள் அற்ற முறையில் பணியைத் தொடர்ந்தாற்றுவதற்கு எம்மால் முடியும். எனவே, விரக்திகளைத் தவிர்த்துக்கொள்ள பணி மீளாய்வு மிக அவசியமாகின்றது.

Question: What kind of reflections can we adopt in our work? 

Answer: Dear Pastos and Friends, reflection is crucial in our work life. Through this reflection, we can continue to remain steadfast in our tasks. Specifically, as ministers of God, we often pick up a task and keep running with it. Amidst our efforts, we should not move at a single speed. Just as a driver doesn’t drive a vehicle at the same speed throughout, but manages the vehicle with speed control, acceleration, and deceleration, similarly, in our tasks, there are times when we must move quickly, times when we need to take breaks, and times when we must maintain work discipline. Reflection is essential for managing these different aspects.

Moreover, in our work, we should never neglect our personal development while performing tasks that are common to everyone. If we do so, it leads to dissatisfaction with the outcomes related to the work, resulting in frustration. Therefore, when reflecting on our work pattern, we must ensure that we don’t just focus on executing tasks for others but also take responsibility for our own growth. This personal development includes skills related to the work environment, such as learning and training.

In this way, by maintaining balance in our work, both personal development and community progress can achieve equilibrium. Only then can we continue our work without frustration. Therefore, reflection in our work is essential to avoid frustration and continue our tasks effectively.
