எரிச்சல் வேண்டாம்
வினா: எமது திருப்பணிகளில் நாம் எரிச்சல் அடைவதற்கான காரணம் என்ன?
விடை: மனிதனுக்குள் அல்லது திருப்பணியாளர்களுக்குள் இருந்து வெளிவரும் கெட்ட உணர்வுகளுக்குள் எரிச்சல் பிரதான இடத்தை எடுக்கின்றது. இது எமது திருப்பணியை நிர்மூலமாக்குகின்றது. புற்றுநோயைப் போன்று கொஞ்சம் கொஞ்சமாக பணியின் மேன்மையை அழிக்கின்றது. மாற்கு 9:38-41ம் வசனம் வரையுள்ள பகுதியில், இயேசுவின் சீடர்கள் ஒருமுறை இயேசுவிடம் வந்து, 'ஐயா இன்னுமொருவர் பிசாசுக்களைத் துரத்திக்கொண்டிருந்ததை நாம் கண்டோம். அப்பணியை நிறுத்தும்படி அவர்களிடம் சென்று கூற நாங்கள் முற்பட்டோம். எனினும், அவ்வாறு செய்யாமல் வந்துவிட்டோம்' என்று கூறினார்கள். அப்பொழுது இயேசு அவர்களை நோக்கி, 'அவ்வாறு செய்யாதிருங்கள். ஒருவர் எனது திருப்பெயரால் ஏதேனும் ஒரு ஊழியம் செய்வாரெனில் அவர் எனக்கு எதிராளியாக இருப்பதில்லை.
மாறாக, எங்களுடைய நண்பர்களே என்ற உணர்வை வளர்த்துக்கொள்ளுங்கள்' எனக் கூறினார். இன்றும் எமது திருப்பணிகளில் இப்போராட்டம் தொடர்கின்றது. குறிப்பாக, இன்னுமொருவர் என்னிலும் பார்க்க பேச்சுத்திறன், புதுமைகள் செய்யும் திறன், பாடுகின்ற திறன், நிர்வாகத்திறன், மேய்ப்பத்துவத்திறன் போன்றவைகள் உடையவைகளாகக் காணப்பட்டால் எமக்குள்ளே எரிச்சல் கொழுந்துவிட்டு எரிகின்றது. அப்பேர்ப்பட்ட பணியாளர்களை எமது திருப்பணியில் இணைத்துக் கொள்ளவும் நாம் முற்படமாட்டோம். எனவே நாம் இந்த எரிச்சலின் ஆவியை எமக்குள்ளே இருந்து அகற்றி ஒருமைப்பாட்டு ஆவியை எமக்குள்ளே வளர்த்துக் கொள்வதனூடாக ஒற்றுமை வளரவும், திருப்பணி வளரவும், மக்களிடையே அமைதிநிலை தோன்றவும் நாம் எம்மை நாமே ஆயத்தப்படுத்திக் கொள்ளுவோமாக.
Don’t Be Irritated
Question: Why do we get irritated in our ministries?
Answer: Among the negative feelings that come from within us or from other workers, irritation takes an important place. It destroys the spirit of our ministry, slowly eating away at its beauty and effectiveness like a cancer.
In Mark 9:38–41, the disciples came to Jesus and said, “Teacher, we saw someone driving out demons in your name. We told him to stop, because he was not one of us.” But Jesus said, “Do not stop him. Anyone who does a miracle in my name cannot in the next moment say anything bad about me. Whoever is not against us is for us.”
Even today, this same struggle continues in our ministries. When we see someone who speaks better, sings better, leads better, or has special talents, jealousy and irritation rise within us. Because of this, we sometimes refuse to work together with such people.
Therefore, we must remove the spirit of irritation from within us and grow a spirit of unity. When we do this, our teamwork will grow stronger, our ministry will flourish, and peace will spread among people.
